Youth Impact Strategies is led by a team of professionals with demonstrated knowledge and experience in social entrepreneurship, political campaigns and activism, nonprofit management, and communications. Our strategists bring a vast range of experiences and relationships with businesses, organizations, campaigns, and government agencies, including having worked with national brands and organizations like New Leaders Council, Facebook, Nickelodeon, Michelle Obama’s Better Make Room Campaign, and the Democratic National Committee. Chris J. Suggs
Chris is an experienced youth and community organizer on the grassroots level, and has worked to center the voices of young people and marginalized groups on the national level with companies such as Nickelodeon, BET, Teen Vogue Magazine, ABC 20/20, and First Lady Michelle Obama. Chris specializes in public speaking, media and communications, nonprofit management, community organizing, and youth engagement; and has been trained by global industry leaders such as Meta (Facebook) and Ketchum. His professional background is in nonprofits and public service, currently serving as Executive Director of a community development organization and the youngest elected official in North Carolina.
Jaylan A. Scott
Jaylan a passionate and savvy social media and political strategist with experience working on local, state and national progressive campaigns. Either as a staff member or consultant, Jaylan has worked on major campaigns including Stacey Abram's historic run for Governor of Georgia, Rep. Nikema Williams’ successful run for Congress, and has served as Finance Director for the nation’s largest youth political organization, Young Democrats of America and as Executive Vice President of the Young Democrats of Georgia.
Craig Terrell Robey
A native of Valdosta, Georgia and current resident of Tallahassee, Florida, politics, social issues, and art have excited Craig Terrell Robey for as long as he can remember. Through his service and entrepreneurship efforts, Craig works to combine these passions to make a positive impact on the world. Craig serves as Co-Founder & Vice Chairman of Black Youth Network, is the creator and operator of an online apparel business, and is the owner and operator of Robey Media—a Tallahassee-based photography & graphic design company. In his community, Craig is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and Progressive Black Men, Inc.
